TEMPORARY AND CONDITIONAL PARKING PERMITS CANNOT BE RENEWED
If you require another Temporary or Conditional Parking Permit, you must have your doctor complete a new Parking Permit Application Form.
RENEWING YOUR PERMANENT PERMIT
Permanent Parking Permits can be renewed online or by downloading, completing and returning the Parking Permit Renewal Form.

Are you a permanent parking permit holder? You can easily renew your parking permit online.
TO RENEW ONLINE
There are four steps to sign in to your account online and renew your permit on the SPARC BC Customer Self-Service Portal.
- Provide your Customer ID Number (on your wallet card or receipt).
- Provide your Birthdate (day/month/year).
- Provide the last four digits of your Phone Number.
- Follow the instructions for renewal and pay the $31 processing fee.

Once you have completed the on-line renewal process, your permit will be sent to you by mail. Your new permit will be valid for 3 years.
Please follow the instructions below to report a lost, stolen or damaged permit.
